INTRODUCTION WITHOUT 'AQD: A LEGALIZATION OF FORNICATION

Unknown

#Introduction

Sex is one of the natural instincts created by Allah in all His living creatures. For human beings, the urge to mate is aroused as soon as they attained puberty. Being an inevitable natural instinct, Islam has neither placed a total ban on sex by promoting monasticism, nor has it permitted sexual indulgence without restrictions, thereby promoting adultery, fornication and prostitution. Rather, it has designed certain mechanisms to check the abuse of sex in order to protect man's chastity against unholy acts such as bestiality and homosexuality.

The religion of Islam advocates الوَسَطِيَّة (moderation) in everything so much that it condemns both الإِفْراط (extremism) and التَّفْرِيط (laxity). If one studies the injunctions of the Shari'ah carefully, one will realize that they are tailored towards making life easier for the believers by lessening his burdens of obligations and providing him with exceptional clauses out of every difficulty.

The institution of marriage in Islam is a divine immunity to protect the believer from self-destruct and also safeguard the 5 fundamental objectives of the Shari'ah which are:

* Protection of life: An adulterer or fornicator may likely lose his life to sexual promiscuity. By jumping from one woman to another, he risks contacting Sexually Transmitted Diseases and ultimately death. In typical African societies, many adulterous folks have contacted "thunderbolts" from their concubines which have led to their death. Some people have also died here in Nigeria during a sex romp after allegedly consuming "maaganin buran taashi". With marriage, he's insured and immune for life from avoidable death.

* Protection of the religion: Abu Huraira reported that the Prophet (upon him be peace) said: "A fornicator who fornicates is not a believer as long as he commits fornication." What this statement implies is that the fornicator sheds some megawatts of faith whenever he indulges in the act. Marriage will help protect his religion from total collapse. It is why the Prophet (upon him be peace) said, "whoever marries has satisfied half of his faith..."

* Protection of the intellect: Fornication messes up the reasoning faculty of man and turns him into a beast. He becomes overwhelmingly obsessed with it to the extent that whenever he sees the opposite gender, the only thing that comes to his mind is sex. Once he gets married, his mind becomes settled and his organs restrained.

* Protection of wealth: Marriage teaches you the practical aspect of economics and safeguard your wealth from unnecessary and wasteful spending. It inculcates you with a deep sense of responsibility and financial prudence and austerity.

* Protection of dignity/blood lineage: Marriage confers you with the right claim to paternity and parenthood. It grants you the right to lawful enjoyment of your spouse, without the fear of exposure, pregnancy or disease. It also gives you the right claim to inheritance.

It is so unfortunate that this sacred institution is gradually being undermined and adulterated with unfounded traditions and cultural shenanigans which have not only made it difficult for the youth to desire marriage, but has also opened a floodgate of opportunities to fornication without much ado.

*The first one:* If you have too much desires:
*Solution:* Check yourself with your prayers. Are you praying the right way?
*Proof:* Allah Taala Says.
{But there came after them an evil generation, who neglected prayers and followed sensual desires, so they will meet perdition,} Surah Maryam, 59.

*The second one:* If you feel miserable n lacking success.
*Solution:* Check yourself with your mother. Are you treating your mother good?
*Proof:* Allah Taala Says:         {And He has made me dutiful to my mother, and He has not made me insolent (rude), unblessed;} Surah Maryam, 32.

*The third one:* If you feel stressed n  depressed.
*Solution:* Check yourself with Qur'an. Are you reciting Qur'an?
*Proof:* {And whoever turns away from My remembrance - indeed, he will have a depressed life,}

How To Perform Ghusl (Ritual Bath) In Islam.

Unknown

HOW TO PERFORM GHUSL(RITUAL BATH) IN ISLAAM.

Alhamdulillaah

There are two ways you can do Ritual birth in Islaam, and both ways are acceptable

First way(Compulsary)

It is as follows
1.     Form the intention to purify oneself from impurity: janaabah (impurity following sexual discharge), menses or nifaas (postpartum bleeding).

2.     Wash the entire body with water once, making sure that the water reaches the roots of the hair and the places that it cannot reach easily, such as the armpits and backs of the knees, as well as rinsing the mouth and nose, according to the correct scholarly opinion.
Shaykh Ibn ‘Uthaymeen (may Allaah have mercy on him) said in al-Sharh al-Mumti’ (1/423):

The evidence that this ghusl is valid is the words of Allaah (interpretation of the meaning): “If you are in a state of Janaaba (i.e. after a sexual discharge), purify yourselves (bathe your whole body)” [al-Maa’idah 5:6].

Allaah did not mention anything apart from that. If a person washes his entire body once, then it is true to say that he has purified himself.
End quote.

Secound way(complete form)

As for the complete form, it is as follows
1.     Form the intention in the heart to purify oneself from major impurity: janaabah (impurity following sexual discharge), menses or nifaas (postpartum bleeding).

2.     Then say Bismillah and wash the hands three times, then wash any dirt from the private part.

3.     Then do wudoo’ as for prayer, a complete wudoo’.

4.     Then pour water over the head three times, and rub the hair so that the water reaches the roots of the hair.

5.     Then wash the body, making sure that the water reaches all parts, starting with the right side of the body and then the left, and rubbing it with the hands so that the water reaches the entire body.

The evidence for this mustahabb form of ghusl is:
It was narrated that 'Aa’ishah (may Allaah be pleased with her) said: When the Messenger of Allaah (blessings and peace of Allaah be upon him) did ghusl for janaabah, he would washh is hands and do wudoo’ as for prayer, then he would wash himself, then he would run his fingers through his hair, then when he thought that it [the water] had reached his skin, he would pour water over it [the head] three times, then he would wash the rest of his body.
Narrated by al-Bukhaari (248) and Muslim (316).

And it was narrated that she(may Allaah be pleased with her) said: When the Messenger of Allaah (blessings and peace of Allaah be upon him) did ghusl from janaabah, he would call for something like a vessel used for milking and take water in his palm. He started with the right side of his head, then the left, then he took water in both palms and poured it all over his head.
Narrated by al-Bukhaari (258) and Muslim (318).

One of the important rulings concerning this matter is that ghusl for major impurity takes the place of wudoo’, so the person who has done ghusl, whether the complete or the acceptable form, does not have to repeat wudoo', unless he does something that invalidates purity whilst doing ghusl.

Fabricating Ramadan Message

*FABRICATING RAMADAN MESSAGE*

By: Dr Zakir Naik

QUESTION ABOUT SPREADING RAMADAN'S REMINDERS

(QUESTION):

Is it true that Hell will be Haram for us by just informing other People first about the coming of Ramadan?
And is it true about the Hadith that People claim it is from the Prophet?

(ANSWER):

My respectable brothers and sisters in Islam. It has come to our notice that fabricated message have been roaming on Whatsapp and Facebook in which they attributed it to the Prophet (SAW) which is not true. This is the message below:

"Ramadan starts likely on May 27  in sha Allah .... which is only 117days from today. Prophet Mohammad S.A.W. says if one informs another about Ramadan first, hell fire will become haram for that individual."

*This statement is not from the Prophet (saw). It is not even a hadith. It is just a fabricated saying which they attributed to the Prophet (SAW).*

Those who have been circulating this message should stop pls for the sake of Allah. To fabricate stories and attributed it to the Prophet is a danger crime which we should be very careful.

*The Prophet (saw) said: “To fabricate my words is not like fabricating any other person’s words. The person who fabricates my words should prepare an abode for himself in the fire of hell.” [Sahih al Bukhari]*

Pls anywhere you see that kind of message don't fear to condemn it with all certainty and advise the person with Wisdom.
